User Data Deletion Request
We respect your right to control your personal data. If you want to request deletion of your account or any personal information stored by us, please follow the steps below.
What data can be deleted
You may request deletion of:
- Account profile information (name, email, phone, address)
- Order history and billing/shipping details
- Saved preferences and website interaction data
What data may be retained (if required by law)
Some information may be retained temporarily if legally required, such as:
- Tax, payment, or transaction records
- Fraud prevention logs
How to submit a deletion request
Send us an email including:
- Full Name
- Registered Email or Phone Number
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Proof of identity (last 4 digits of CNIC or username)

Request Processing Time
- Requests are reviewed and processed within 7–14 working days
- You will receive confirmation once deletion is completed
Important Notes
- Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You may lose access to invoices, warranties, or order support after deletion
